This is a "Moon Raker" make of Kayak canoe. Unusual because it is both relatively light in weight (so car toppable" and yet durable. The deck is made of marine ply wood and the hull is grp.

It is very stable in the water,including white water or the sea and very good directionally. It is fully sea worthy (water tight) and other than the usual scrapes on the bottom is in good condition. See photo.
