I am currently in the process of starting a new Classic Car Club, entitled BAD (Barkham and District (of Wokingham) CCC), and we currently have 15 members. We are looking for new members with a view to getting the club off the ground for real in the New Year.
Our intention is to attend Classic Car Shows from the Spring onwards, in order to enjoy classic motoring as a community, and raise some funds for local charities.
I am hoping to keep costs to a minimum (peppercorn) to cover cost of creating and maintaining a website, which I would be grateful for any help!, perhaps some bunting and a sign /gazebo for the Club to gather under at shows etc, or alternatively to seek some sponsorship. If there was a volunteer prepared to start a web page /site for BAD CCC that would be great. Other than that the only costs will be for shows (if there indeed is a cost).
This is an opportunity to become involved in the Club from it's inception.
The Club already boasts a Healey Westland Roadster, an Aston Martin vantage, 2 x MGAs, 4 x MGB GT Roadsters, a Ford Capri, A Vauxhall Firenza, a Messerschmitt, a Hebmuller VW convertible Beetle variant, a MK1 Mazda MX5, a Mini Marcos, an Alfa Romeo Spyder Veloce and a Bristol 411.

As I say, I am also looking for to attend car shows, and are particularly interested in supporting local events, so when you have an events (open weekends etc) I am happy to get the club together to show our vehicles at your event.
The club is open to all vehciles, cars, trucks, motorcycles, over 25 years old or are a unique vehicle in terms of the fact that production has ended.
