Fantastic Fun, High Energy Zumba Class every Thursday at 8.15pm for 50 minutes. Class is £5 on the door - no need to book, no need to sign up for a number of classes. Rob and Penny are your instructors. This is a really friendly class and we welcome beginners. You dont need to know how to dance and you dont Zumba with a partner. Just wear soft soled shoes, bring water, wear comfy clothes or workout gear and bring a smile. This is exercise in disguise!!! You will burn lots of calories!!!!
