Room Leader required for busy day care setting in central Reading.
Salary £19,700 to £21,400

Your duties will include-
Duties include:
• To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education
• To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention
• To develop strong relationships with the community including marketing of the Nursery
• To develop strong relationships with parents
• To ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times
Qualifications, training and experience:
• Foundation Stage Degree, EYPS, NNEB,BTEC, CCLD level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Good time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong people management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.
